This training offers beginner-level training in fundamental ad sales concepts. This module is perfect for sales teams with limited local ad sales experience or teams that don’t have a sales team but want to learn the basics. It covers topics such as the sales cycle, media kits, prospecting, and client outreach.
This intermediate local ad sales module is designed for sales teams who have a foundational understanding of ad sales but are looking for further guidance to effectively close deals and cultivate stronger client relationships. It dives into advanced local ad sales topics, including client pitching, conducting successful client meetings, and handling common rejections.
The training modules with the flytedesk team last roughly 2 months. Each module consists of 4, hour long training sessions with a flytedesk coach and support in between each session.
The do-it-yourself training modules include access to an hour of video learning content, interactive activities, links to multiple resources, and periodic check-ins from a flytedesk coach.
